Enterprise Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the applicable subscription agreement and local law. Contact the billing team with the relevant invoice for review.
2. Mid-Cycle Prorated Credits
Seat and module changes are handled according to the subscription terms and billing rules shown to the Tenant when the change is made.
3. Unscheduled Downtime Credits
Any credits or adjustments for service issues are governed by the applicable subscription agreement.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or invoice review, email billing@manriq.com with your Tenant ID and invoice reference number.
