Enterprise Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement & Multi-Tenant Subscriptions

By subscribing to Manriq, the Tenant enters into a binding service agreement for the provision of enterprise workforce management software. Subscriptions are billed on a dynamic per-module per-user monthly schedule: Amount = Σ (Module Price × Active Seats × Months). Tenants can increase seats or activate additional modules mid-cycle with automatic prorated invoicing.

2. 100% Whitelabel & Custom Subdomains

Every active tenant is granted the right to provision custom corporate subdomains (e.g. client.yourdomain.com), configure corporate branding, upload brand logos, and specify custom SMTP mail routing. Manriq grants a non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize desktop and mobile client interfaces under the tenant's trade dress.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

Service availability and any applicable service commitments are governed by the current subscription agreement provided to the Tenant.

4. User Seat Caps & Role Delegation

Tenant Superadmins manage dynamic roles and user provisioning. Creating active accounts exceeding the tenant's subscribed user cap requires updating the subscription tier. The Tenant is solely responsible for maintaining credentials and adhering to hierarchical role delegation rules.

5. Termination & Data Export Grace Period

Upon subscription expiration or non-renewal, user login access is gracefully suspended while all organizational data remains safe in read-only format during a 14-day grace period. Tenants may download full Excel and PDF audit dossiers at any time.
